Your satisfaction is our priority. Should you decide to return an item within 30 days of receipt, kindly return it in its original packaging for an exchange or refund. We accept returns for most items that are in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please remember to have the receipt or proof of purchase on hand.
Refund:
If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we provide a 30-day return policy starting from the shipment date. Please email team@musevela.com with "Return" in the subject line within 30 days of shipment. In case of a damaged order, email us right away with "Damage" in the subject line.
- It is necessary to reach out to us within 30 days of your receipt. We'll notify you once we've inspected your return and approved the refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method, but it may take some time for your bank to process it.
- Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If a return is lost in transit, seek compensation from the courier as we don't issue refunds for lost items.
- Personalized items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged
- Items must be returned unworn and packaged as per the original order, including all tags intact. Please fold and wrap the items in the original paper and place them inside the unmarked gift box provided with the order.
- We aim to handle returns or exchanges within one week of receiving and inspecting your item(s). Refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the initial purchase. It's advisable to retain a copy of your shipping details for returns to track the item.
- Items bought during a sale or promotion do not qualify for a full refund but may be eligible for store credit.
Exchange:
Depending on stock availability, we exchange eligible items returned within 30 days. Email your request to team@musevela.com and obtain a return address. Once we inspect the return, the new item will be shipped to you.
Kindly be advised: Each customer is entitled to one complimentary exchange. For any subsequent exchange requests, you will be accountable for the return shipping expenses. The final decision on terms and conditions rests with the MUSEVELA team.
Damages and issues
Any damages or concerns regarding your order should be reported promptly upon receipt for swift resolution.
Order Cancellation
Kindly be aware: You may only cancel your order before or after the shipping process. MUSEVELA is not liable for any expenses that may arise if you unilaterally cancel your order during the delivery process.
