Shipping Information
Upon receiving your order, a confirmation email with order details will be sent to you and we will begin to process your order as soon as possible.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out, which you will be able to track from "Track My Order".
Please allow 2-3 days for processing before dispatch, with delivery typically taking 7-12 business days post-dispatch. Please be aware that customs clearance may cause delivery delays, for which MUSEVELA is not responsible.
Standard international shipping charges apply, and estimated delivery times start upon order acceptance, calculated from the order date. Different shipping destinations may have distinct terms and conditions, and orders cannot be modified once confirmed.
Customizing Items
When selecting our monogramming service, please allow for an additional 4 business days to your shipping timeline.
Please NOTES:
- Estimated shipping times serve as a reference point and begin from the dispatch date.
- Our delivery service excludes post office boxes or military mailing addresses (APO, FPO).
- Prior to placing your order, ensure to verify the shipping address, as alterations later on may incur extra fees. Once items have been dispatched, we are unable to redirect orders.
- We do not hold responsibility for delays arising from customs clearance processes at the destination.
- Upon ordering from the MUSEVELA website, your item will be delicately wrapped in one of our distinctive signature boxes, ensuring your items are well-protected.
